Key features and review of the BenQ M300

BenQ M300 is a nice and cool mobile phone that offers all the basic features of a mobile phone. The size of the phone is also very small at 44 x 102 x 18 mm and weighs only 85g. This excellent handset is equipped with CSTN 65K colors display with the resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, which is a standard resolution for more mobile phones.

In addition to call receive and send the BenQ M300 also captures images with in-built camera that can shoot photos upto 352 x 288 pixels, which is not a high resolution, but having a camera is not a primary feature of mobile phone. There is nice keypad with well placed keys to comfortably dial a number and send messages to your friends and families. In mobile phone the most important feature is network connectivity, the BenQ M300 supports Tri-band GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 MHz and GPRS. It offers sweet polyphonic ring tones that can be set according your choice through simple to use menu. Other features are vibration alert, SMS, EMS, MMS, Wallpapers, screensavers, iTap, Stopwatch, Currency converter, Calendar, Calculator, Exchangeable covers and spacious phonebook, where one can store upto 500 phone numbers.

The phone is powered by a standard 760 mAh Li-Ion battery with an expected stand by of 230 hours and a talk time of 5 hours, and takes 105 minutes to full charge.

BenQ M300 is a great phone with a nice features, but there are some negative point; it has no voice or conversation recording features, display is not visible in outdoors and poor memory.
