Identical to Philips Savvy, the Philips Savvy DB is a simple and basic GSM mobile phone. The phone is heavy at 135g and dimensions are 48 x 129 x 24 mm. The phone offers all the features, only difference is that it has Dual-band. The Philips Savvy comes with Monochrome display with the resolution of 15 x 2 chars, which is not very high but is normal for small phone like this. The plastic keypad has good placed keys and a four-way navigation button centered below the display can help to operate menus.

Philips Savvy DB supports for Dual-band GSM 900/ GSM 1800 MHz and offer features such as SMS, Monophonic ring tones, Calculator, Picture messaging, Analog clock, Timer and Phonebook (SIM) only.

Philips Savvy DB is powered by NiMH standard battery that can work up to 200 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 3 hours.
