Weighing 285g and dimensions 79 x 131 x 21 mm the phone is one of the heaviest phones available in the market. But, its stylish design is excellent. It has huge 640 x 480 TFT 65K colors touch screen. The good thing with this phone is its swivel screen, which can be rotate up to 180 deg. Unlike traditional numeric keypad the D300 has full-fledged QWERTY keyboard making the phone easy to write text messages.
