Key features and review of the Sony CMD Z1 plus

An update of CMD Z1 the stylish and durable Sony CMD Z1 incorporating all the features of previous version, only difference is that its screen has blue backlight that makes the phone smarter. The phone is measuring 60 x 98 x 26 mm and weighs 195g. It is one of the heaviest mobile phones. The phone is powered by a Li-ion 730 mAh standard battery that will work up to 80 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 10 hours and takes 136 minutes to full charge.

The Sony CMD Z1 comes with Monochrome graphic display with the resolution of 32 x 97 pixels, which is not very high resolution but normal for small mobile phone. Because Sony CMD Z1 is too wide in size it is not comfortable to hold ones hand. There is a jog dial to operate menus. To dial a number there is a numeric keypad. Sony CMD Z1 supports for Single-band GSM 900 MHz, SMS, Monophonic ring tones, Voice memo, Clock, Alarm, and Phonebook.
